Hannah Row, MD is a physiatrist and lifestyle medicine physician with a passion for helping individuals resolve their musculoskeletal pain. She believes in a whole-person approach to care, exploring predisposing factors such as poor sleep, muscle imbalances, chronic stress and diets that promote inflammation. She strives to foster a collaborative relationship with her patients, empowering them to achieve their goals. She creates a personalized program for restoring function incorporating a healthy lifestyle, stress management, physical therapy, medications and procedures to ensure a comprehensive and effective treatment protocol.
Dr Row received her bachelors and medical degrees from the University of Virginia. She completed her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Mt Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY, where she went on to complete an additional year of fellowship training in interventional spine and sports medicine. She is double board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Prior to starting Thrivability Medical, Dr Row accumulated over a decade of experience in a wide variety of private practice settings, treating non-surgical orthopedic conditions, such as acute and chronic pain related to the spine, musculoskeletal injuries and myofascial pain. Early in her career, she noticed the widespread prevalence of unaddressed myofascial pain, coupled with the lack of effective treatment options currently available. The overwhelmingly positive response from her myofascial patients ultimately inspired her to create Thrivability Medical.
